CHURCH & COMMUNITY OUTREACH
"Go and make disciples..."
We have been discipling our neighbors since 2009, and have completed several outreach activities with missionary teams, which we will continue into the future.
Past outreach activities include: repairing a leaking roof, cementing a dirt floor, building a pit latrine, building a decent house for a family in need, praying for the sick, driving a sick people to the hospital, providing food to struggling families, cleaning the house of an elderly person, offering education, training, and employment opportunities - and of course Bible study and discipleship!
Below is more information about our Church and Community Outreach Programs:
Community Outreach: focused towards faithful members of the congregation who are actively growing in their love and knowledge of God and who fellowship together in love and unity. Community Outreach includes things like: pastoral care, home visits, supplying necessities like food and clothes, bible studies, vacation bible school, sports, home repairs, and counselling.
Evangelism: Preaching the gospel (in word and deed) to our neighbors: sports ministry, working on the farm with at risk youth who are not saved,
Bible Study and Discipleship
Our church service includes worship teaching and bible study for all ages.
Home Repairs/Construction
In partnership with local and foreign missions teams helping members of our congregation with home repairs.
Biblical Counselling and Holistic Family Teaching
As part of our church teaching and discipleship we seek to teach families in our congregation what the bible says about healthy family, and we will offer biblical counseling for church members.
Our Master Plan includes a 12,910 square/foot building to serve the FHF Village and surrounding community. This building includes:
a) Gymnasium: basketball and other sports
b) medical clinic and dental clinic
c) counselling rooms
d) school
e) library
f) kitchen/restaurant/café

How are we bringing HOPE?
We believe in being both holistic and sustainable in orphan care and in community outreach. Discipleship is key.
We believe that in order to truly address the orphan crisis we need to address the heart of society. Only the Gospel of Jesus Christ can bring the transformative heart change needed to deal with the roots of the orphan crisis in El Salvador.
It is our desire to not only care for the immediate needs of orphaned children, but to make disciples. We strive to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those that we work with.
To that end, we have been sharing the Gospel and discipling people in El Salvador since 2009, as we slowly establish a grassroots organization where orphaned children will be placed into adoptive-style family... with your help we can build our first residential building in 2019 and begin leading orphans to the Father-heart of God.
